At TNX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within [14/30] days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Item Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn and unwashed.

  • It must have all original tags and packaging intact.

3. How to Request a Return

To start the process, please send an email to thenewxofficial@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Photos of the product (in case it arrived damaged or defective).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective products or shipping errors: If the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind (sizing, preference, etc.): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5 to 10] business days.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
